These terms cover your use of the Rotbox app for iPhone. By using Rotbox you agree to them. They're in addition to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement.

What Rotbox does

Rotbox shows a platform's own website (TikTok or Instagram Reels) in the top half of the screen and a game in the bottom half. The feed, its videos, its ads and its controls come from that platform. Rotbox doesn't host, change or own any of that content.

Your platform accounts

• When you use TikTok or Instagram inside Rotbox, their terms and community guidelines still apply to you.
• You're responsible for your platform accounts and what you do with them.
• A platform can change its website, sign you out or limit access at any time. When that happens, parts of Rotbox may stop working until we catch up.

Not affiliated

Rotbox isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube or Google. Their names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to say which service you're connecting.

Subscriptions

If Rotbox offers a subscription, it's sold through the App Store. Apple bills it and renews it automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your Apple ID settings. The price, the length of any free trial and what's included are shown before you buy. A subscription doesn't remove ads that TikTok or Instagram show in their own feeds unless the purchase screen says otherwise.

Fair use

Don't use Rotbox to break the law or a platform's rules. Don't try to reverse engineer or resell the app, or use it to scrape platforms.

The games and the app

The games, artwork and code in Rotbox belong to us or our licensors. Open-source components are credited in the app's licence notices.

No warranty

Rotbox is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it smooth, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every platform change. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as Rotbox changes. If we do, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new terms.
